Charm Sales Corp. is a manufacturer's representative company, owned and operated by Charlie Mallis, who has been in the plumbing supply business for the last 47 years.  He was the owner of the Mallis Group, which owned Mallis Supply Company; Mallis Plumbing Supply and the Bath Design Studio, until the business was sold in March 2018.

After years as a wholesale plumbing supplier, Charlie has now decided to enter into a different facet of the industry; Charm Sales Corp. to represent various manufacturers, such as Penguin and Artos Faucets.

Having supplied major projects in all the boroughs for most of his career;  projects ranging from high end residential and commercial to affordable housing, Charlie recognizes the various requirements associated with project work, including code compliance issues.  Project work requires specific expertise and the knowledge of product.  Throughout the years, Charlie has realized that there are many products that have not been readily available in the New York are and many professionals are unaware of their existence. In addition to specific products, price is always a major consideration and Charlie is sure that customers will find some of the products very attractive financially.

Charlie Mallis has been working with building owners, project managers, engineers, contractors and architects over the last 47 years, assisting them in purchasing and utilizing the correct products for their projects.  Now as a manufacturer's representative, Charlie will continue to do so to ensure that the products purchased and specified are indeed the correct ones for a job, be it large or small.

Having a history in the supply end of the industry, Charlie is aware of the difficulties that suppliers experience and will use his years of experience and his expertise to assist in all projects; residential, commercial or office building.
